Jen and Greg are some of the kindest people I’ve met! So relaxed and stress free…I suppose that might be because they are both teachers and have learned that their students would drive them crazy if they were uptight kind of people. I bet they’re those favorite teachers whose class everyone wants to be in.
Here is a little glimpse into their wedding day!
I loved Jen’s shoes! This little one seemed to love them too, I think she REALLY wanted to try them on but settled for just looking at them a lot.

I just love this shot, sometimes its hard to get a natural looking shot when the groom picks up his bride…helps that Jenn is so tiny!
Isn’t she just beautiful! I love this shot…again, I can’t help it with the grasses…I just love ‘em.
One alternative to giving the ring bearer the real rings…and he was happy cause he got to eat them after.
Adorable! I love her little freckles and missing teeth.
This little one was so intent while watching everything that was going on during the wedding ceremony, she was so cute.

Sometimes when the guests flash while I’m shooting, it interferes. Other times I LOVE the effect it gives to the photo I’m taking, in this case I love it.
Congratulations Jen & Greg!
Arboretum Club Wedding :: Jen & Greg
Buffalo Grove Wedding :: Seth & Danalee
Danalee & Seth are a beautiful couple – both inside and out. I’ve gotten to know Seth a little bit over the past couple of years as he was my brother in law’s roommate in College…I’ve also had the privilege of hearing him lead worship/sing in chapel services at North Park University – his voice is amazing. The first time I met Danalee was in Starbucks when we met to talk about the details of their wedding, and I instantly loved her. She’s just got a genuine sweetness about her, and the cutest southern accent ever.
Here are some of my favorite shots from the getting ready photos through the group shots (by the time I got through the first half their day, I had selected more than enough for a sneak peek…so maybe I’ll just have to put a big album on facebook to cover the rest of the event…)

Danalee and I scouted out this location in Buffalo Grove, and I was so glad we found it! We had the the best of both worlds – natural, overgrown grasses and a more urban/warehouse feel all in one spot. The wedding party, although really large was so much fun to work with which made my job easier – so thanks to all of you! I loved every minute of it.
